Christina McLaughlin

Christina McLaughlin is the Project and Communication Coordinator at HealthFirst, a role she has held since 2024. Additionally, she works as a lobbyist with Mickenberg, LLC. With a background in legislative affairs, state health care reform, and regulation from her previous role at the Green Mountain Care Board, Christina has developed a deep expertise in advocacy, policy development, and strategic communication. She is passionate about advancing health policy, supporting independent providers, and ensuring accessible, high-quality care for Vermonters. Christina holds a B.A. in Sociology from the University of Vermont.
