Founded by two health care professionals with years of experience, Green Mountain Primary Care is dedicated to quality care by making sure the "patient is first" so you can "have a direct voice in your healthcare".  Our goal is to provide healthcare in a very personal and unrushed fashion.  We want you to feel like you are actively involved in your health and we want you to be able to talk directly to your provider or see your provider when you need to.
